The Council of the ARCASIA consists of all the Presidents of the National Institutes.
This is an annual meeting of the council attended by two representatives from each member institute, the ACAE Chairman, the Immediate Past Chairman, Advisors, Chairman, Hon Secretary, Hon Tresurer, Observer institutes, individual observers. Member institutes take turn to host the meeting.
